Kenya Devolution Support Programme (II)
KRA I: Sustainable Financial and Expenditure Management
This KRA will support efforts towards enhancing financing for and expenditure management by the county government of Bungoma. It will support development of action plan for revenue enhancement, training of revenue officers and mapping of revenue streams.
The KRA will also support development of pending bills reduction action plan and efforts towards revenue automation. The Disbursable linked indicators (DLIs) under KRA I are as follows;
- DLI 3: County government has achieved a revenue increase of 5% above prevailing inflation rate.
- DLI 4: County government has reduced pending bills to a minimum level.
